Circulation Configuration Wizards

The Circulation module manages user records, item records, charge records, hold records, and bill records. These records work together to perform a variety of circulation functions. Circulation policies are the parameters which ensure that a library charges out material to properly registered users and correctly receives and processes returned material.

Click the Circulation Configuration wizard group button to display the following wizards.

Policy lists and policy values can be downloaded to files on your workstation. See the Export Policies Helper topic for more information.

Only one user at a time can work with policies. This is a safeguard to prevent users from modifying the same policy at the same time.
