Print User Card HelperPrint User Card HelperThe Print User Card helper allows you to print cards for users on-the-fly, using printers with built-in card printing capabilities. Some card printers support multiple card templates or layouts. User card templates are defined in policies.
Although you can change the default font type and size for both viewing and printing labels, WorkFlows prints labels in Lucida Sans Unicode font, font size 10 (default). For non–roman characters to print, you must select the Arial Unicode MS font for each individual label in the template.
To print user cards
| 1 | Select the Print User Card helper from a wizard toolbar. |
| 2 | If you selected Print Preview in the Print User Card helper properties, the Preview Labels window displays. |
| 3 | If you did not select Print Preview in the Print User Card helper properties, or if you click the Print button in the Preview Labels toolbar, the Print dialog displays. |
