You can preview circulation label templates before printing.
Although you can change the default font type and size for both viewing and printing labels, WorkFlows prints labels in Lucida Sans Unicode font, font size 10 (default). For non-roman characters to print, you must select the Arial Unicode MS font for each individual label in the template.
To preview circulation label templates
| 1 | Click the Print User Card or Print Label for User helper. For Print User Card, the Preview Labels dialog opens if Print Preview was selected in Print User Card helper properties. |
| 2 | Using the Preview Labels toolbar, you can: |
| • | Click the Zoom In or Zoom Out button to increase or decrease the size of the label for display. |
| • | Click the Print button or press CTRL+P to print from the Print Preview window.  |
| • | You can also print a selected set of labels by clicking the Print from Selected Label button or pressing F7.  |
| • | To modify your labels in preview, select the user card to modify, and then click the Modify Label button or press F2.  |
The Modify Label dialog box opens. In the Modify Label dialog box, you have several options. You can modify a line, insert a line, append or add a line, or delete a line. Select the option you want to use, make your change, and then click OK to save your changes or click Cancel to close.

If your label displays with a large X over the label, the default font size you selected is too large. Select a smaller size font.
