Outreach Users Tab

The Outreach Users tab contains fields that display information about the outreach route, such as the route name, the next delivery date, and the number of users assigned to the route. Some fields can be modified to change the route information. In the Display Route wizard, the all of the fields are read-only and cannot be modified.

The following fields display on this tab.

By default, the list of outreach users assigned to the outreach route is sorted by stop number. Click the column headings to sort the users by name, user ID, or zip code / postal code. The information in each column can be sorted in ascending or descending order.

The following tools are available on the Outreach Users tab to manage the outreach route and the outreach users assigned to it. Refer to each tool's help topic for instructions on using the tool.

Note: The Add Outreach User to Route tool is not available when the Outreach Users tab displays in the Remove Route wizard.

The following fields are defined for the Outreach Users tab.

Number of Users on Route

Displays the current number of users on the outreach route. This field is maintained by the system and cannot be modified. The number is adjusted automatically as outreach users are added to or removed from the outreach route.

Position

Displays the number of the stop for the outreach user on the delivery route. The stop number shows the order in which materials are delivered to each user on the route. This number is system-maintained and cannot be modified. The number is updated automatically as users are removed from the route, or if the order of the stops is changed.

Name

Displays the name of the outreach user.

ID

Displays the user ID of the outreach user.

Zip

Displays the zip code or postal code from the outreach user's delivery address.

Active

Indicates whether the user is an active user or an inactive user on the outreach route. A value of Y indicates that the user is active. A value of N indicates the user is not active.
