Modify Outreach User ToolModify Outreach User ToolThe Modify Outreach User tool is used to edit information in the outreach record for a selected user. This tool can also be used to move users from one outreach route to another.
To modify a user’s outreach information
| 1 | In the Outreach Users tab, select a user in the list of users for the outreach route, and click the Modify Outreach User tool. |
| 2 | In the Outreach tab for the user, modify the outreach information as desired. |
| 3 | Do one of the following. |
| • | Click OK to save your changes to the user's outreach record and return to the list of users for the outreach route. |
| • | Click Cancel to discard your changes and return to the list of users for the outreach route. |
