The Display Property Page allows you to choose when to display the Modify History wizard’s set properties window. Select one of the following options.
| • | Wizard Startup – Displays the Set Properties window the first time you access the wizard until you end the wizard session or log off the client. |
| • | Never – Does not display the Set Properties window as part of the wizard workflow. If Never is selected and you want to open the Set Properties window, point to the wizard’s toolbar button, right-click, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu. |
Behavior
Under Miscellaneous Behavior, select the following options.
| • | Create Outreach Information – Select this check box if you want to create outreach information when you modify history records. |
| • | Create History – Select this check box if you want to create a history for the user when using the Modify History Wizard. |
Defaults
Search Preferences
Under Search Preferences, select the following search options.
| • | Default Search – In the Default Search list, select the default search criterion. This default selection is used when searching for user records. Name is the default selection. |
| • | Library – You can also restrict a user search to a certain library, or library group, by selecting a library name, or group name, from the Library list. Possible Library list items are defined in your policies. The default for the Library list box is All Libraries. |
Depending on the value selected in Display Property Page, defaults may appear as the first step of the wizard. Property values that are changed in the first step of a wizard are retained only until the right-click method is used to set properties.
General Preferences
History Display – Select one of the following options to specify which history records are to appear.
| • | All – Includes history records with a status of REJECT, SELECT, or UNSELECT. This option is the default selection. |
| • | Rejection – Displays only rejected history records with a status of REJECT. |
| • | Selection – Displays only history records with a status of SELECT. |
| • | None – Does not display any history records. |
Helpers
On the Helpers tab, you can select the following helper to display when modifying history records. Click a specific helper button to display the helper properties that you can configure. If the helper name does not appear as a button, the helper does not have properties that can be configured.
