Review All Funds Wizard
The Review All Funds wizard guides you through the process of reviewing the item, budget, and performance information for all funds (or selected funds) within a specific fiscal cycle.
To review all funds of a fiscal cycle

In the Fund Search step, identify the fund or funds you want to review. This wizard includes a Fund Level search type. To further qualify your search, click the Fund Level option and select search values for the different fund levels. |

Fund information appears in tables on the following tabs. |

Financial and item totals and performance averages appear in the first row of the respective tables. |

If the When Searching Funds, Go Directly from Fund Lookup to Review All check box was cleared in behavior properties, individual fund names will appear with check boxes next to these names. Select the check boxes for the funds you want to review, and click Review Selected Funds. The Copies, Financial, Performance, and Fund Levels tabs will appear for the selected funds. |
After reviewing all funds, you can click one of the following options.

Review Selected Funds, if displayed, to select other funds for review |

Return to List, if displayed, to return to the list of searched funds |
|
•
|
Review All Funds Another Cycle to display all funds from a different cycle |
|
•
|
Close to exit the Review All Funds wizard |
