When working with fund wizards, the Save Performance Data to a File Helper may be available for you to save specific fund information to a file on your workstation. The helper outputs performance data in a comma-delimited format and saves the data to a file with a .csv extension. This file can be viewed using a spreadsheet application.
To save vendor performance data to a file
1 | In the Review All Funds window, click the Save Performance Data to a File helper. |
2 | A window opens, allowing you to navigate to a folder on your workstation. Type a file name with a .csv extension, and click Save. Data from the current fund search will be saved. |
3 | Outside the WorkFlows client, navigate to the folder where you saved the file. Double-click the file and it will open in your default spreadsheet application. |
If ###’s appear in the spreadsheet, the spreadsheet application is indicating that the columns are not wide enough to display all digits. Expand the column widths to display all digits.
