Transfer Routing(s) ToolTransfer Routing(s) ToolThe Transfer Routing(s) tool appears in the toolbox on the Routing tab when creating or modifying a serial control. Use this tool to transfer all or some routings to another user. For instance, when a faculty member leaves and you want to transfer her routings to a new faculty member.
To transfer routings
| 1 | Select a routing and click the Transfer Routing(s) tool. A list of routings linked to the user appears. The Transfer Routings From field displays the user’s ID. Select the check box(es) next to the routing(s) to transfer. |
| 2 | Click the Browse User gadget in the To box to select a user to transfer the routing(s) to. Or, you can select the Transfer All Routings check box to transfer all routings to another user. |
| 3 | Click Transfer, and a dialog box displays the following message and a table of the transferred routings. |
The following routing(s) were copied from user [user ID] to user [user ID].
