Browse User Gadget
Depending on the location, the Browse User Gadget can be used to search for a single user or search from a list of users.
To select a single user for a field

Click the Browse User gadget. |

Select the search option you want. |

Type the text you want to use for the search, and click Search. |
|

If a list of users displays, select the user record you want, and click OK. |
If your search results exceed a single screen and you want to browse the complete list of users, click the Right or Left arrow.
To select one or more users from a list

Click the Browse User gadget. |

Select the search option you want |

Type the text you want to use for the search and click Search. |

Highlight the user you want to select and click the Down arrow button. The name you selected will display in the window at the bottom of the screen. |

You can keep selecting names followed by the Down arrow button to select multiple users. |

|
When you have selected all the users you want, click OK. |
You can use the Right and Left arrows to scroll through the list.
