Duplicate Routing(s) ToolDuplicate Routing(s) ToolThe Duplicate Routing(s) tool appears in the toolbox on the Routings tab when creating or modifying a serial control. Use the tool to duplicate some or all routings to other users, for instance, when you want to route the same list of journals to all reference staff members.
To duplicate a routing
| 1 | Select a routing and click the Duplicate Routing(s) tool. |
| 2 | A list of routings linked to the user appears. The Duplicate Routings From field displays the user’s ID. |
| 3 | Select the check box(es) next to the routing(s) to duplicate. |
| 4 | Click the Browse User gadget in the To box to select a user for whom you are duplicating the routing. Or, you can select the Duplicate All Routings check box to duplicate all routings to another user. |
| 5 | Click Duplicate, and a dialog box displays the following message and a table of the duplicated routings. |
The following routing(s) were copied from user [user ID] to user [user ID].
