Change an Issue Tool

The Change an Issue tool appears in the toolbox on the Claimed, Expected, and Received tabs of a serial control.

Select the issue to modify. Click this tool, and the Modifying Claim (Prediction or Receipt) Information window opens. Make modifications to the fields, then click OK.

Depending upon the tab you are displaying, portions of this information are also accessible when creating or modifying claims, predictions, and receipts within a wizard flow.
