The Load Personal Transactions (Loadpersonal) report loads collection inventory data from an Intermec TRAKKER® T2090 Handheld Data Collection Computer. Data must first be uploaded using the Scanner Utility available only in the character interface of SirsiDynix Symphony. The collection inventory data is then integrated into the database with this report.
This report can be used only under the following circumstances.
• | Data must have been collected using the Intermec 9440 TRAKKER® Handheld Terminal. |
• | Data must have been uploaded using the Personal Inventory choice of the Scanner Utility available only in the character interface of SirsiDynix Symphony. |
The Load Personal Transactions report contains the following tabs.
• | Basic Tab: Reports |
• | Start Session Tab |
The only report selection is the Start Session check box, which allows you to determine whether the report is running as the start of an inventory session, or a continuation of a previous session. If this check box is cleared, all of the items scanned for inventory are appended to the existing inventory database. If the check box is selected, a new inventory session is started, which overwrites all existing items in the inventory.
The inventory database should be initialized only once for each inventory session. Otherwise, previously processed data in the current inventory session will be lost.
Once this report is run, these other reports may be run against the inventory database it creates.
