The Start Session tab’s Start Session check box allows you to determine whether the report is running as the start of an inventory session, or as a continuation of a previous session.
| • | If the check box is cleared, all of the items scanned for inventory are appended to the existing inventory database. The check box is cleared by default. |
| • | If the check box is selected, a new inventory session is started, which overwrites all existing items in the inventory. |
