Start Session Tab

The Start Session tab’s Start Session check box allows you to determine whether the report is running as the start of an inventory session, or as a continuation of a previous session.

If the check box is cleared, all of the items scanned for inventory are appended to the existing inventory database. The check box is cleared by default.
If the check box is selected, a new inventory session is started, which overwrites all existing items in the inventory.
