The Display Property Page allows you to choose when to display the Modify Outreach Information wizard’s set properties window. Select one of the following options.
| • | Wizard Startup – Displays the Set Properties window the first time you access the wizard until you end the wizard session or log off the client. |
| • | Never – Does not display the Set Properties window as part of the wizard workflow. If Never is selected and you want to open the Set Properties window, point to the wizard’s toolbar button, right-click, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu. |
Depending on the value selected in Display Property Page, defaults may appear as the first step of the wizard. Property values that are changed in the first step of a wizard are retained only until the right-click method is used to set properties.
Behavior
Under Miscellaneous Behavior, select or clear the following option.
Create Outreach Information Check box – Select this check box if you want to create outreach information when you use this wizard.
Defaults
Search Preferences – You may set the default Search Preferences to customize your use of the wizard.
| • | Default Search – Select the default search criterion. This default selection is used when searching for user records. Name is the default selection. |
| • | Library – You can also restrict a user search to a certain library, or library group, by selecting a library name, or group name, from the Library list. Possible Library list items are defined in your policies. The default for the Library list box is All Libraries. |
Helpers
On the Helpers tab, you can select the following helper to display when modifying a user’s outreach information. Click a specific helper button to display the helper properties that you can configure. If the helper name does not display as a button, the helper does not have properties that can be configured.
