The Display Property Page allows you to choose when to display the Modify Interest wizard’s set properties window. Select one of the following options.
| • | Wizard Startup – Displays the Set Properties window the first time you access the wizard until you end the wizard session or log off the client. |
| • | Never – Does not display the Set Properties window as part of the wizard workflow. If Never is selected and you want to open the Set Properties window, point to the wizard’s toolbar button, right-click, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu. |
Depending on the value selected in Display Property Page, defaults may appear as the first step of the wizard. Property values that are changed in the first step of a wizard are retained only until the right-click method is used to set properties.
Behavior
Under Miscellaneous Behavior, select the following options.
| • | Create Outreach Information – Select this check box if you want to create outreach information when you modify history records. |
| • | Create Interest – Select this check box if you want to create a interest for the user when using the Modify Interest Wizard. |
Defaults
Search Preferences
Under Search Preferences, select the following search options.
| • | Default Search – In the Default Search list, select the default search criterion. This default selection is used when searching for user records. Name is the default selection. |
| • | Library – You can also restrict a user search to a certain library, or library group, by selecting a library name, or group name, from the Library list. Possible Library list items are defined in your policies. The Library list box is blank by default. |
General Preferences
Under General Preferences, select one of the Interest Display options to specify which interest profiles are to display.
| • | All – Includes all interest profiles with an Active Status of ACTIVE or INACTIVE. This option is the default selection. |
| • | Active – Lists only the interest profiles with an Active Status of ACTIVE. |
| • | Inactive – Lists only interest profiles with an Active Status of INACTIVE. |
Helpers
On the Helpers tab, you can select the helpers that you want to appear when modifying an interest profile. Click a specific helper button to display the helper properties that you can configure. If the helper name does not appear as a button, the helper does not have properties that can be configured.
