The Display Property Page value allows you to choose when to display the Display Interest wizard’s set properties window. Select one of the following options.
| • | Wizard Startup – Displays the Set Properties window the first time you access the wizard until you end the wizard session or log off the client. |
| • | Never – Does not display the Set Properties window as part of the wizard workflow. If Never is selected and you want to open the Set Properties window, point to the wizard’s toolbar button, right-click, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu. |
Depending on the value selected in Display Property Page, defaults may appear as the first step of the wizard. Property values that are changed in the first step of a wizard are retained only until the right-click method is used to set properties.
Behavior
Under Miscellaneous Behavior, select or deselect the following check boxes:
| • | Create Outreach Information – When this check box is selected, you will be prompted to create outreach information for a user when using this wizard. |
| • | Create Interest – When this check box is selected, you will be prompted to create user interest information when using this wizard. |
Defaults
You may set defaults to customize your use of the wizard.
Search Preferences
| • | Default Search – In the Default Search list, select the default search criterion. This default selection is used when searching for user records. Name is the default selection. |
| • | Library – You can also restrict a user search to a certain library, or library group, by selecting a library name, or group name, from the Library list. Possible Library list items are defined in your policies. The default is All Libraries. |
General Preferences
Interest Display – Select one of the following options to specify which interest profiles are to display.
| • | All – Includes all interest profiles with an Active Status of ACTIVE or INACTIVE. This option is the default selection. |
| • | Active – Lists only the interest profiles with an Active Status of ACTIVE. |
| • | Inactive – Lists only interest profiles with an Active Status of INACTIVE. |
Helpers
On the Helpers tab, you can select the following helper to display on the Display Interest Wizard. Click a specific helper button to display the helper properties that you can configure. If the helper name does not display as a button, the helper does not have properties that can be configured.
