Holiday WizardHoliday WizardThe Holiday policy contains a specific date, and can be used in an omit cycle definition to manage dates on which an issue of a serial will not be published.
From the List Policies window, you can create, display, modify, copy, or remove the Holiday policies. Click Close to exit the wizard.
Attributes
The Holiday policy contains the following attributes.

The Name attribute uniquely identifies each Holiday policy. This name is ten characters or less, and may not include spaces or punctuation, except for dash (-), underscore (_), and dollar sign ($). Additionally, the pipe character (|) may not be used.
This attribute provides more information about the policy and its use by the library. The description may be up to 60 characters in length. Although the Description attribute may contain spaces and punctuation, the pipe character (|) cannot be used.
Using the format of the skip definition in the publication cycle, this attribute allows you to define a yearly holiday rather than an exact date. Use the Holiday gadget to select a date.
