Collection Exchange Configuration WizardsCollection Exchange Configuration WizardsCollection Exchange allows you to share resources between libraries, generally within the same region. This module allows an objective selection of materials because the system selects where the materials move and ensures that they are distributed in an equitable manner. Using Collection Exchange, libraries with fewer resources can still have access to materials that they would otherwise not. It also ensures that your users regularly receive a new selection of materials to browse.
Click the Collection Exchange Configuration wizard group button to display the following wizards.

| • | Manage Exchange Groups Wizard |
| • | Manage Exchange Rules Wizard |
Policy lists and policy values can be downloaded to files on your workstation. See the Export Policies Helper topic for more information.
Only one user at a time can work with policies. This is a safeguard to prevent users from modifying the same policy at the same time.
