Produce Suggestion Notice Report Helper Properties

The Produce Suggestion Notice Report Helper Properties screen is located on the Properties page of the Activate Exchange Libraries wizard. When you click to allow the helper to display, the helper button is activated. Click the helper button to display the properties screen

Display Property Page

You can display the property page in any of the following ways:

•

Always – Displays the properties page whenever the helper is activated.

•

Never – Does not display the Set Properties window. If you select Never and you want to open the Set Properties window, point to the wizard’s toolbar button, right-click, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu.

•

Wizard Startup – Displays the Set Properties window the first time you access the helper until you end the session or log off the client.

Behavior

You can select or clear the following check box to make the report read-only.

•

Make Suggestion Report Selections Read-only.

Defaults

On the Defaults tab, you can select performance and sorting information.

Performance Information

Exchange item records each contain a performance range that establishes the circulation goals of items on exchange at a library.

Three performances ranges are available. You can make one or more selections by checking the check box beside each range.

•

Below Performance Range – When this option is checked, exchange item records are selected if they circulated less than the performance range.

•

Within Performance Range – When this option is checked, exchange item records are selected if they circulated at or within the performance range.

•

Above Performance Range – When this option is checked, exchange item records are selected if they circulated more than the performance range.

You can choose one of the sorting options:

Item ID

•

Call Number (Default)

•
