Duplicate Exchange Library Wizard PropertiesDuplicate Exchange Library Wizard PropertiesThe system administrator can change current system settings in the Duplicate Exchange Library wizard using the Set Properties window. The Duplicate Exchange Library wizard allows you to set the following properties.
Display Property Page
You can choose when to display the Duplicate Exchange Library wizard’s Set Properties window by selecting one of the following options.
| • | Wizard Startup - Displays the Set Properties window the first time you access the wizard until you end the wizard session or log off the client. |
| • | Never - Does not display the Set Properties window. If you select Never and then want to open the Set Properties window, point to the wizard’s toolbar button, right-click, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu. |
Behavior
On the Behavior tab, you can set up your system to allow these variations in the wizard process. These options apply to the Profiles setting.
| • | In the Status Difference list, select the status difference option you want to use. You have three options: Percent, Number, or Both. |
In the Exchange Library Profile, the status difference will display (lower portion of the window) as a percentage, number, or two columns showing both percentage and number.
| • | Select or clear the following check boxes. |
| – | Allow Immediate Modification - Allows you to modify a value for your exchange categories directly in a selected field. If this option is not selected, you will be required to use a dialog box for each exchange category modification. |
| – | View Quantity with 2 Decimal Places - Allows you to view quantities with two decimal places. |
Helpers
On the Helpers tab, you can select the helpers you want to display in the Duplicate Exchange Library wizard.
| • | Add a New Profile Helper |
| • | Delete Current Profile Helper |
| • | Add a Duplicated Profile Helper |
| • | Change Exchange Library Workform Helper |
| • | Affiliate Library Exchange Helper |
| • | Disaffiliate Exchange Library Helper |
