Change Exchange Library Workform Helper

The Change Exchange Library Workform helper is located on the Manage Profiles wizard and allows you to change the workform used with an exchange library record.

This helper is available only if you are on the Exchange Library tab.

You can use this helper to change the Workform associated with the Exchange Library record to display additional fields that are not available in the current Workform. The Workform acts like a filter and allows you to present only the data that you need in the Exchange Library record.

Changing the workform that is attached to an exchange library record has the following effects:

Any additional required fields and/or optional fields in the selected workform will be required in the library record.
The record’s existing values do not change to the selected workform’s default values.
