In the Confirm Shipping properties window, you can set the following properties.
Display Property Page
You can choose when to display the Confirm Shipping wizard’s Set Properties window by selecting one of the following options:
| • | Wizard Startup – Displays the Set Properties window the first time you access the wizard until you end the wizard session or log off the client. |
| • | Never – Does not display the Set Properties window. If you select Never and you want to open the Set Properties window, point to the wizard’s toolbar button, right-click, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu. |
Defaults
Keep Exchange Open - By default, this box checked on and is enabled. This allows partial exchanges to be kept open and prevents users from accidentally closing an exchange before it is ready to be closed.
When this property is checked, Keep Exchange Open will be checked when the user access the Confirm Shipping wizard. When it is unchecked, Keep Exchange Open will be unchecked when the user accesses the Confirm Shipping wizard.
Behavior
On the Behavior tab, you can select or clear the following check boxes.
| • | Display Message When Items are Shipped - When this box is checked, the system will produce a confirmation message that will display when an item is shipped. |
| • | Display Message for Incomplete Sets - When this box is checked, the system will alert you when an Incomplete Set is about to be shipped so you will have the option of cancelling or continuing the shipment. |
