Modify Circulation Sets Wizard PropertiesModify Circulation Sets Wizard PropertiesYou can change current system settings in the Modify Circulation Sets wizard using the Set Properties window. In the Modify Circulation Sets properties window, you can set the following properties.
Display Property Page
You can choose when to display the Modify Circulation Sets wizard's Set Properties window by selecting one of the following options.
| • | Never - Does not display the Set Properties window. If you select Never and you want to open the Set Properties window, point to the wizard's toolbar button, right-click, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu. |
| • | Wizard Startup - Displays the Set Properties window the first time you access the wizard until you end the wizard session or log off the WorkFlows client. |
Depending on the value selected in the Display Property Page, defaults may appear as the first step of the wizard. Property values that are changed in the first step of a wizard are retained only until the right-click method is used to set properties.
Behavior
On the Behavior tab, you can set your system to allow this variation in the Modify Circulation Sets wizard process.
| • | Hide Current Item – Controls the display of the Current item record button. If the check box is selected, the Current button will not appear under Identify Item to allow you to select the most recently viewed or modified item. If the check box is cleared, the Current button will appear. By default, this check box is selected. |
Defaults
On the Defaults tab, you can set defaults for the Modify Circulation Sets wizard.
| • | Circulate as Set – Controls the Circulate as Set setting. When this option is selected, items within the set cannot circulate individually; they must circulate as part of the set. |
| • | Parental – Controls the Parental setting. A Parental circulation set has a separate bibliographic and item record designated as the parent item. When items circulate as part of a parent circulation set, the items are circulated using the circulation map for the parent item. All items within the set have the same loan period and circulation rule. |
| • | Category – Specifies the set category. |
| • | Library – Specifies the owning library. |
Helpers
On the Helpers tab, you can select the helpers you want to display in the Modify Circulation Sets wizard. Click any of the following Helper buttons to display the Helper properties that you can set.
