Bookings Tab
The Bookings tab displays on user display windows, item display windows, and bookings display windows.
For some wizards, if you select a record or group of records and right-click, a circulation menu opens. From this menu, you can perform a variety of circulation tasks. See Right-click Menus.
For information on the kinds of information and glossaries that display on the Bookings tab for a specific wizard, select the wizard from the following list.

Item Search and Display Wizard - The Bookings tab displays from the Item Search and Display wizard only if your library is configured to use the Materials Booking module. |
Item Search and Display Wizard
This tab displays the following information about the user or users booking the item, if the item is booked. The information appears in a table which can be sorted by clicking the column headers. You can also change the order of the fields by clicking a column header and dragging it to a new position
Display User Wizard
The Bookings tab displays the following information about the user and all ACTIVE booked items. Click the Glossary in the Patron Booking Starts or Patron Booking Ends columns for additional information about a specific booking.

Title - Title of booked item |

Patron Booking Starts and Patron Booking Ends - The period that the user is in possession of the item. |

Start Preparation - The date and time that work begins to prepare the item to be booked. For example, if a user books a room, this would reflect the time the room setup begins. This entry could also reflect the transportation time if the item needs to be shipped to another location. |

Cleanup Ends - The date and time that any work ends to clean the item after use. For example, if a user books a room, generally you need to allow time after the booking to clean the room before you could book the room for the next user. This entry could also reflect the transportation time if the item needs to be returned to its original location. |

Date Charged - This is the date and time that the booking was checked out, when applicable. |
Display Options

Library - If you want to display a list of bookings for this user that were placed at a specific library, make a selection from this list. The libraries that display in this list are those contained in your User Display Library group. |

Booking Start Date, Booking End Date, and Refresh Bookings List - If this user has multiple bookings, and you want to only view bookings within a certain period, click the gadgets and select the appropriate dates. Then click Refresh Bookings List to display the bookings for this period. |

Display Item Bookings
