The Circulation Library Access (Circlibraccrpt) report is used with Library policy attributes for circulation that use the Library Group feature. This is a single policy that can be set up to represent many libraries, rather than selecting them one by one. To summarize which libraries have access to each other’s data, the report identifies each library and lists for bill, user, and circulation data the libraries for which users in that library have display or modification capabilities.

The following library access values are listed for users in each library.

| • | Hold Permissions Libraries (Place Holds, also used for satisfying holds) |
| • | Hold Group Libraries (Allows a ”virtual” hold libraries group) |
| • | Hold Available Item Libraries (Controls which libraries may place holds on items available on the shelf). |
For example, all Users can display Users and Bills system wide and Circulation is shared system wide. A MAIN user can only make modifications to user and bill information in her own library. Users in BRANCH1 and BRANCH2, which are managed separately but reside in the same building, are part of a library group which shares all user maintenance. However, each branch maintains bills separately. Holds and holds on available items may be placed across all three libraries. The Library Access report would provide the following information.
