Display Outreach Information WizardDisplay Outreach Information WizardThe Display Outreach Information wizard is used to display information from the outreach user record for a specified user.
To display outreach information for a user
| 1 | In the Outreach Information and Maintenance group, click the Display Outreach Information wizard. |
| 2 | In the User Search window, scan the user’s barcode, or specify one or more search criteria and text on which to search. Or, click Current to accept the most recently viewed or modified user. |
You can restrict your user search to a certain library, or library group, by selecting the library’s name, or group name, in the Library list.
| 3 | Click Search. |
| 4 | If a list of user records appears, select a user, and click Display Outreach. |
| 5 | On the Outreach Tab in the Display Outreach Information window, review the user’s route, active status and other outreach information. |
After reviewing the profile, select one of the following options.
| • | Display Another Outreach User to return to the User Search window to search for another Outreach user. |
| • | Return to List to return to the List of Users screen. |
| • | Close to exit the wizard. |
