Zero Rated Tax PolicyZero Rated Tax PolicyThe Zero Rated Tax policy is a Global Configuration policy that is read by the WorkFlows client at startup and stored as a global variable. This global policy determines whether zero rated taxes can be used in Acquisitions. A zero rated tax is a tax that is assessed on taxable materials, but at a zero percentage rate.
The Zero Rated Tax policy appears on the Acquisition tab of the Global Configuration wizard. The default value for this policy appears in the Select a Policy window. To modify this value, select Zero Rated Tax and click Modify. Click a radio button to select one of the policy attributes. Click Save to save your selection. The default is Do Not Use Zero Rated Tax.

Click this option to display the Zero tax handling option in the Tax Handling drop-down list in the wizard and tool windows.
Click this option to disable the display of the Zero tax handling option in the Tax Handling drop-down list in the wizard and tool windows. By default, this value is selected.
