Display Of User Category FieldsDisplay Of User Category FieldsThe Display Of User Category Fields policies are Global Configuration policies that are read by the WorkFlows client at startup and stored as global variables. Twelve Display User Category Fields policies are available. These policies determine whether or not the system will display User Categories 1-12 in circulation wizard windows.
The Display Of User Category Fields policies appear on the User Information tab of the Global Configuration wizard. The default values for these policies appear in the Select a Policy window. To modify a policy value, select Display Of User Category One [Two, Three, Four, Five, Six, Seven, Eight, Nine, Ten, Eleven, Twelve] Field and click Modify. Click a radio button to select one of the policy attributes. Click Save to save your selection. The default value is to display User Category fields.

Click this radio button to suppress the display of the User Category field in circulation wizards.
