Display Of Booking Profile Field In Reserve Wizards Policy

The Display Of Booking Profile Field In Reserve Wizards policy is a Global Configuration policy that is read by the WorkFlows client at startup and stored as a global variable. When creating a reserve, you have the opportunity to type a booking profile into the reserve record. If this policy is set to No, the Booking Profile will not appear when you create, display, modify, or remove the reserve.

The Display of Booking Profile Field In Reserve Wizards appears on the Reserves tab of the Global Configuration wizard. The default value for this policy appears in the Select a Policy window. To modify this value, select Display of Booking Profile Field and click Modify. Click a radio button to select one of the policy attributes. Click Save to save your selection. The default value is Do Not Display Booking Profile Field In Reserve Wizards.

This global policy will not display on systems configured to use Academic Reservations.
