Making a no sale transaction
Make a no sale transaction whenever you need to open the cash drawer without making a sale, such as when a patron needs to make change.
To make a no sale transaction

Click the Cash Management wizard. |

Click Start New Transaction. The Start new transaction dialog appears. |

Type in the appropriate override code, if necessary. If you do not know the override code, contact your supervisor or system administrator. |

|
The cash drawer opens. Perform any necessary actions. |
