How do I send the same message to multiple users?
Use the copy and paste functions along with the Send Message to Another user option to send the same message to more than one user.
To send the same message to multiple users

Click the Send User Message wizard. |

Scan the user ID in the User ID box, or use the User Search helper to display a user. |

In the Message box, type your message. |
|

Select the message, and then press CTRL+C to copy the message to the Windows Clipboard. |

Click Send Message to Another User. |
|

Scan another user ID in the User ID box, or use the User Search helper to display another user. |
|

Place the mouse pointer in the Message field, and press CTRL+V to paste the message you copied in step 4 into the field. |

Click Send Message to Another User. |
|

|
Repeat steps 8 through 10 to continue sending messages to more users. |

|
When you have finished sending messages, click Close. |
