The WorkFlows supports right-click menus for wizards and other WorkFlows functions. These right-click menus are popup or shortcut menus that contain commands and options that can be performed against a selected record or group of records. The right-click menus are available using a mouse right-click in circulation lists (or tables), such as checkouts, bills, holds, bookings, and more.
Once in a right-click menu, you can click a circulation or print option, or use CTRL+ the underlined character to access an option.
How do I activate right-click menus?
A Global Configuration policy is available for controlling whether or not right-click menus are available in the WorkFlows client. This policy is Configure Context Menu Policy, and is available from the Circulation tab of the Global Configuration wizard.
Which right-click menus are available in the WorkFlows client?
If the Global Configuration policy is set to Display Context Menu, the following wizards/functions will display a menu when the user right-clicks within the circulation lists (tables).
Not all options are available in all wizards. If a user does not have access to a wizard or wizard function, that option will not appear in the list. Additionally, not all options allow for multi-record selection. For more information, see See "Right-click Menus".
Some user lists will not appear depending on your settings for the “Configure Display Of User Transaction Lists” Global Configuration (for details, see Display Of User Transaction Lists In Circulation Wizards Policy).

What if a user doesn’t have access to a certain wizard? Will that wizard option appear in the menu list?
If a user does not have access to a wizard or wizard function, that option will not appear in the menu list.
I see multiple circulation lists in the wizard window. Are right-click menus available for these lists?
If the Display Transactions Lists in Circulation Wizards global configuration policy is configured, multiple circulation lists (or tables) may display in the wizard. For example, the Checkout wizard may display the list of checkouts, current checkouts, bills, holds, and suspensions for the user. The right-click menus will be available from each of these lists.
What if users are delinquent? Will right-click options display delinquencies?
The right-click menu options will not display delinquent alerts. However, if a user is blocked and the blocked status was not overridden in the parent wizard, the blocked override is displayed from the right-click option.
