Produce Order Report HelperProduce Order Report HelperThe Produce Order Report helper allows you to create purchase orders. The helper behaves similar to the Print Specific Purchase Orders report. This report produces specific purchase order notices in the station library of the staff member running the report.
To create purchase orders
| 1 | Click the Produce Order Report helper. |
| 2 | Make selections for the report notice format. Defaults for these selections can be made in the helper properties. For more information, see the Produce Order Report Helper Properties topic. |
| 3 | Click OK. |
| 4 | The helper will display a confirmation window, allowing you to confirm the purchase order to be created. Click OK. |
| 5 | To view the output of this report, and print or email the purchase orders, use the View Order Reports Helper. |
Regardless of the reports session setting, Send Notices Automatically, this helper will not automatically email a notice to a vendor.
If a report name is longer than 30 characters, the name will be truncated to the allowed size.
