Remove User Reservations Wizard PropertiesRemove User Reservations Wizard PropertiesYou can change certain system settings and defaults for the Remove User Reservations wizard by using the Set Properties window. The Remove User Reservations wizard allows the following properties to be set.
Display Property Page
You can choose when to display the Remove User Reservations wizard's Set Properties window by selecting one of the following options.
| • | Wizard Startup displays the Set Properties window the first time you access the wizard until you end the wizard session or log off the client. |
| • | Never does not display the Set Properties window the first time you access the wizard. If Never is selected and you want to open the Set Properties window, point to the wizard's toolbar button, right-click, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu. |
Depending on the value selected in Display Property Page, defaults may appear as the first step of the wizard. Property values that are changed in the first step of a wizard are retained only until the right–click method is used to set properties.
Defaults
You may set defaults to customize your use of the wizard.
Search Preferences
Select the following search options.
| • | Preferred Search Type – Select one of the search method options, Keyword or Browse. Keyword is the default search type. |
| • | Default Search – Select an index from the drop-down list. |
| • | Library – Select a default library from the drop-down list. |
| • | Sort By – Select a field to sort by from the drop-down list. |
Reservation Lookup Preferences
Select the following reservation search options.
| • | Pickup Library – Select a pickup library from the drop-down list to limit your search results to include only reservations with the selected pickup library. |
| • | Start Date – Use the Calendar gadget to select a start date to limit your search results to include only reservations with the selected start date. |
| • | End Date – Use the Calendar gadget to select an end date to limit your search results to include only reservations with the selected end date. |
Remove All/Selected
Remove All – Select this option to remove all reservations at once, rather than selecting each one individually.
Helpers
On the Helpers tab, you can select the helpers that you want to appear when removing a user's reservation. Click the helper button to display the helper properties you can configure. If the helper name does not display as a button, the helper does not have properties that can be configured.
