How do I remove a reservation on the title when I do not have a copy to scan?

The Remove All option in the Remove Title Reservations wizard removes all of the reservation record(s) for a title at once.

How do I remove only selected reservations on a title?
The Remove Selected option in the Remove Title Reservations wizard removes only the specified reservation record(s) for a title.
