How do I display a user's reservations when the user can not present a library card for me to scan?

The User Search step of the Display User Reservations wizard allows you to search for the correct user record when the user cannot present a library card for you to scan. See the User Search Helper topic for more information.

How do I display a user's reservations if a “Reservation does not exist” message appears?

In the Display User Reservations wizard, check the following information.

The user identification was typed correctly.
The correct user was selected.
The user made a reservation for the title.

Reservations that have been charged and discharged will not display on the calendar.
