Display User Reservations Wizard
Use the Display User Reservations wizard to view the reservation record(s) for a specified user.
To display a user’s reservations

Click the Display User Reservations wizard. |

In the User Search (User Search Helper) search for the user whose reservation(s) you want to display. If a Current record exists, click the Current information link to access the last record displayed, modified, or added. If there is more than one user in your result, select the correct user record and click Display User Reservations. |

Your search result displays the following fields. |

Patron Reservation Starts |
|
•
|
Patron Reservation Ends |
For more detailed information about each reservation click the glossary in the Patron Reservation Starts or Patron Reservation Ends columns.
If the reservation item is currently checked out, the date/time will display in the Date Charged column.

Under Change Reservation Lookup Options, you can further filter the user’s list of reservations by pickup library, reservation start date, and reservation end date. Update the list by clicking Display User Reservations. |
After viewing a user’s reservations information, click one of the following options.

Return to Search to return to the previous search results |

New Search to search a new user |
|

|
Close to exit the wizard |
