How do I display a title's reservations when I do not have the item to scan?

The Item Search step of the Display Title Reservations wizard can be used to search for the item when you do not have the item in hand to scan. See the Item Search topic for more information.

How do I display a title's reservations if the “No item reservations exist for the specified time period” message appears?

This message can display when you use the Display Title Reservations wizard. The message appears if no reservations have been made for the item, or if the specified time display period is not long enough to show the desired reservation. Do the following to display the title reservations:

Reservations that have been charged and discharged will not display on the calendar.

How do I display a title's reservations if a “Reservation does not exist” message appears?

In the Display Title Reservations wizard, check the following information.

The item identification was typed correctly.
The correct item was selected.
A reservation was made on the item.

Reservations that have been charged and discharged will not display on the calendar.
