The cash drawer feature in WorkFlows is not supported on the Macintosh operating system.
How do I make the cash drawer open when I complete the payment transaction?
To use the cash drawer opening feature, do the following.

From the Preference menu, point to Peripherals, then click Receipt Printer. |

On the Basic tab, select the Cash Drawer Supported check box. |

In the ASCII Sequence for Cash Drawer boxes, type the ASCII sequence values defined in your receipt printer documentation. |
Which helpers and wizards use the cash drawer feature?
The following wizards will open the cash drawer when the bill payment transaction completes if the Pay Bills helper is selected in the wizard’s Set Properties window.
