Serial control routing lists can be customized to display specific general receipt fields and user receipt fields. These fields can be selected to print on the receipt using the Receipt Fields Gadget.
Receipt General Fields
Select from the following receipt fields for general information.
| • | Comment Text prints comments from the prediction record. |
| • | Copy prints the copy number of the routing list, which is established in the serial control record. |
| • | Date Serial Received is based on the date the issue was checked in. |
| • | Expected Serial Name displays the chronology of the received issue. |
| • | Expected Serial Enumeration prints the enumeration of the received issue. |
| • | Title is the title of the received issue. |
Receipt User Fields
Select from the following receipt fields for user information.
| • | Name is the name from the user record. |
| • | User Address includes the information in the User Address 1 fields from the user record. |
| • | User Extended Info includes extended information from the user record. |
Note: The user extended information will print only if a synonym list is selected for the Include User Extended Info Entries behavior property of the Check In Issues of a Serial wizard.
