Print Preview Labels Helper

After you create a label template, you can preview the label using the Print Preview Labels helper before printing. Although you can change the default font type and size for both viewing and printing labels, WorkFlows prints labels in Lucida Sans Unicode font, font size 10 (default). For non-roman characters to print, you must select the Arial Unicode MS font for each individual label in the template.

To preview labels before printing

Click the Zoom In or Zoom Out button to increase or decrease the size of the label for display.

Click the Print button or press CTRL+P to print from the Print Preview window. You can also print a selected set of labels.

To modify your labels in preview, select the spine or book label you want to modify, and then click the Modify Label button.

The Modify Label dialog box opens. In the Modify Label dialog box, you have several options. You can modify a line, insert a line, append or add a line, or delete a line. Select the option you want to use, make your change, and then click OK to save your changes or click Cancel to close.

If your label displays with a large X over the label, the default font size you selected is too large. Select a smaller size font.

In cataloging wizards, you can only select and modify bibliographic label templates in this helper. If the default label template is not a bibliographic template, the helper will display a message, and you will have the opportunity to reset your default label template.
