The Distributions tab lists ordered items associated with a specific user. Items ordered will be distributed to this user when available. When displaying a user’s distributions, the Distributions tab contains the following information.

The Order ID is a glossary; selecting it displays additional information about the order.

The following fields are defined for the Description tab.
This field contains the item’s author. This field is cataloged using the 1xx field and can be a personal, corporate, or government name. Added or secondary authors display in 7xx fields.
This field is used to note the date that this user distribution was marked as delivered to the user. When this field is set to anything but NEVER and the record is updated, the line item is marked as delivered to the user. If all copies are delivered, then no open distributions appears in the user record. You can reopen the order by setting the Delivered field back to NEVER.
Order records are associated with a fiscal cycle. The Fiscal Cycle field identifies a particular funding period. The funding period can be set up in quarters, calendar years, or fiscal years.
This field indicates the orderline number for the order. Every line on the order is automatically assigned an orderline number. This number identifies which line item on the order is displayed.
The Date Mailed field contains the date the completed order was sent to the vendor.
The field contains the number of copies (quantity) associated with this user distribution.
This field uniquely identifies a single order record.
In a distribution segment, this field contains the date that the specified number of copies were received.
Titles related to order lines may be hyperlinked to more detailed bibliographic, volume, and copy information. The information that displays is the same information that prints on the purchase order.
In a user record, this field indicates the number of orders for items that the library is purchasing for the user.
