The Display Ordinary Class Subfields gadget is found on the Hypertext tab for entries when modifying a Format policy. This gadget provides a graphic alternative for entering related subfields to be included in hypertext entries.
To use this gadget, follow these steps.
| 1 | Click the Hypertext tab for an entry. |
| 2 | In Subfields Used in Hypertext Search box, click the Display Ordinary Class Subfields gadget. |
| 3 | All alphabetic and numeric subfields display. |
| 4 | Click All to include all subfields. |
| 5 | Or, click Include or Exclude, then select check boxes for the subfields you want to include or exclude. |
| 6 | Click OK. |
It is possible to select subfields that are not valid for a specified entry ID. Refer to your format policies, or your record format documentation to determine valid subfields for each entry ID.
