Review ILL Request Wizard
The Review ILL Request wizard presents a list of interlibrary loan requests for you to review, submit, reject, or close. The wizard presents search fields that allow you to limit the types of interlibrary loan requests to review. Typically, interlibrary loan staff will search all new interlibrary loan requests for review and further action. As you complete an action, the status of the request changes.
To review ILL requests

Search for interlibrary loan requests by Request ID, User ID, or Alt ID. |

You may limit your search by Request Type, Service Library, or Status, or elect to view only those requests With Replies, Without Replies, or All requests. |
Selecting the NEWILL status will display all new interlibrary loan requests.

The List of Requests is arranged by Request Type, Request ID, Date Placed, Status, User, and Title. Click Request ID to view a glossary of specific request information. Click User to view a glossary of specific user information. |

Click a request ID and click Review ILL Request to view Basic, Request, and Reply tabs that contain specific details about the selected request. |

If you need to modify the request, click Modify. After making your change, click Modify. |

On the Reply tab, click Submit Request, Reject Request, or Close Request to take action on this request. Click Send to complete the selected action. |
The request status will be changed once you click Send.
After reviewing interlibrary loan requests, you can click one of the following options.

Review Another Request to view a different request |

Review ILL Request to confirm changes or make more changes |

•

Modify the current request |
|
•
|
Return to List to return to the list of requests |

•

Cancel to quit the Review ILL Request wizard |
