Unsuspend User Wizard

Using the Unsuspend User Wizard, you can unsuspend individual suspended users. You can do this by issuing an unsuspend suspension record for the suspension amount of an individual record or for all suspended records.

You can forgive or cancel the suspension by a particular number of days or waive it completely.

To unsuspend a user

The suspension information for the user will display under the List of Suspensions.

After unsuspending this user, click one of the following options:

Unsuspend Another User to unsuspend another user
Close to exit the wizard

Important Considerations When Using this Wizard

If the user is blocked, an alert window will display.
To sort items in the List of Suspensions in ascending or descending order, click the column heading of the column you want to sort.
When a user’s record is located, information from the user record displays under User Information. User Information only displays if the Configure Display of User Status Header attribute in the Global Configuration wizard is set to Display User Status Header in Circulation Wizards.
