Payment Slips

If your workstation has a receipt or slip printer, you can use it to print payment receipts from various wizards. Your system can be configured to customize the type of information that prints on it, such as library name, call number, item title, author, date, amount paid, amount billed, change returned, and type of payment. You can optionally subtotal payments by bill reason at the bottom of the slip. You can also configure a message to print on the payment receipt that shows a partial payment or full payment.

You can make payment receipt printing available from the properties of the following wizards.

Bill a User Wizard
Paying Bills Wizard
