The Display Invoice Line gadget can be used to search for and select particular lines in an invoice.
To display invoice lines
| 1 | Click the Display Invoice Line gadget. |
| 2 | In the Index list, select the search option you want. For example, you can search by check number. |
| 3 | In the Search For box, type the text you want to use for the search. |
| 4 | Click Search. A list of invoice lines that match your search criteria displays. |
| 5 | Select the invoice line you want, and click the Down Arrow button. The invoice line you selected will display in the area at the bottom of the gadget window. |
| 6 | Repeat step 5 for all of the invoice lines you want to select. |
| 7 | When you have selected all the invoice lines you want, click OK. |
If your search results exceed a single screen, and you want to browse the complete list of invoice lines, click the Right arrow or Left arrow to page through the list.
If you add an invoice line to the area at the bottom of the gadget window by mistake, select the invoice line, and click the Up arrow to remove the invoice line from the area at the bottom of the gadget window.
