To add a user distribution
| 1 | In the Segment tree, select the check box next to the funding/distribution segment you want to modify. |
| 2 | Click the Add a User Distribution tool. A new user distribution appears as the first distribution in the selected funding/distribution cluster. |
| 3 | In the new Dist User ID field, use the Browse User gadget to select a user ID. |
| 4 | In the new Distributed Quantity field, type the quantity to be distributed to this user. |
| 5 | Adjust other distributed quantity values as required. |
| 6 | In the Ship field, select a Shipping policy value from the list. |
| 7 | Click Save Your Changes. |
A distribution always appears below the funding that “owns” the distribution. Also, within each funding/distribution segment, the total distributed quantity should equal the total funded quantity.
When using this tool to create an order map template, its possible to leave the user distribution fields blank so that you can type the actual values when creating the order.
