How do I remove a user's reservation when the user cannot present a library card to scan?
The User Search step of the Remove User Reservations wizard allows you to search for the correct user record when the user cannot present a library card for you to scan. See the User Search Helper topic for more information.
How do I remove all of the user's reservations at once?
The Remove All option in the Remove User Reservations wizard removes all of the reservation record(s) for a user in one step.
1 | Type or scan a user ID or use the User Search Helper to locate the user record. |
2 | In the Remove Reservations for User [Name] window, click the Remove All check box. |
3 | Click Remove User Reservations. |
How do I remove only selected reservations for a user?
The Remove Selected option in the Remove User Reservations wizard removes only specified reservation record(s) for a user.
1 | Type or scan the user ID or use the User Search Helper to locate the user record. |
2 | In the Remove Reservations for User [Name], select the Remove check box next to each reservation that you want to remove. |
3 | Click Remove User Reservations. |
